The hotel had a mix of good and bad points. While the rooms were extremely old, smelly, not clean, and had very uncomfortable beds, the quality of service was excellent. We frequented the hotel for drinks and food during our Algiers trip. The service was of top quality, especially thanks to Amin, Habib, and Habibat at the reception, and Said from the VIP team was particularly attentive. The location was vibrant and busy, overseen by the dedicated Amina. The view of the Hamma Garden and sea was a plus, but the dining experience lacked variety, though the local and international cuisine was good. Facilities were decent overall.
